NACIONAL DE  ADUANAS DE M\u00c9XICO: Nuevo \u00f3rgano administrativo desconcentrado de la SHCP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Este mi\u00e9rcoles 14 de julio de 2021, se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el &#8220;<strong>DECRETO por el que se crea la Agencia Nacional de Aduanas de M\u00e9xico como un \u00f3rgano administrativo desconcentrado de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con el citado Decreto, la<strong> Administraci\u00f3n General de Aduanas <\/strong><strong>(AGA)<\/strong>, deja de depender directamente del<strong> Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT)<\/strong>, para convertirse en un \u00f3rgano desconcentrado, que depender\u00e1 directamente de la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico (SHCP)<\/strong>, bajo la nueva denominaci\u00f3n de<span style=\"color: #333333\"><strong> Agencia Nacional de Aduanas de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Se se\u00f1ala en el art\u00edculo 1. del mencionado Decreto que, dicho organismo estar\u00e1 dotado de autonom\u00eda t\u00e9cnica, operativa, administrativa y de gesti\u00f3n, que tendr\u00e1 el car\u00e1cter de autoridad fiscal y aduanera y facultades para emitir resoluciones en el \u00e1mbito de su competencia.<\/p>\n<p>En el art\u00edculo Primero Transitorio, establece que, entrar\u00e1 en vigor en la fecha en la que inicie la vigencia de las reformas legales que otorguen la competencia que actualmente tiene el SAT en materia fiscal y aduanera
